The most important was the staff - very welcoming and amicable people. The location was good because it was near several restaurants, and Chaves. Besides, the property was 3 km away from Safa and Marwa Hill.

I had a great experience staying at Residencial Bem Estar in a charming spa town on the Spanish-Portuguese border. the staff may not have spoken much English, but they were incredibly cheerful and helpful. the room was spacious and newly renovated, with comfortable beds. Breakfast was included and offered a delicious continental spread with fresh bread rolls, cheese, and jams. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! 😊.

The rooms at Residencial Bem Estar were awesome! They had air-conditioning, so no sweating in the Portuguese heat. Plus, cable TV and free Wi-Fi were a big bonus. It felt like a home away from home.
Only thing, and this is just me, but the private bathroom was a tad small. Others might not mind though.

Spacious rooms with lovely exposed granite and a spacious layout. Great location, close to major attractions and restaurants.- Fast wifi
Thin walls, could hear noise from neighboring rooms and above. Staff could be more helpful and accommodating

This place is mind-blowing! I've stayed twice and it's super clean with big rooms and ensuite bathrooms. The location is great for exploring the city. The food is jaw-droppingly good, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The staff are friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The hotel is simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. Plus, they have wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, a restaurant, and a snack bar. No pets or smoking allowed, but they have air conditioning. an amazing stay!

I recently stayed at Residencial Bem Estar for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The staff, despite the language barrier, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and the shower was great. The air conditioning was a much-needed bonus, providing a comfortable stay. The Manager quickly found us another affiliated hotel nearby when our room was given away, which was spacious and newly renovated. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast included each morning was a great way to start the day. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were spacious and had a cool design. The hotel's location was epic, just a short walk from the torre and the main plaza, where we chilled at awesome restaurants. The fast Wi-Fi was a bonus for sharing our adventures. And let's not forget the breakfast - those fresh bread rolls were life!
The only thing we wished for was a bit more vibrant nightlife near the hotel. It would have been perfect if there were some cool clubs or bars within walking distance.
